APS provides consulting services, interim project leadership and professional training for organisations managing engineering and technology projects.

Our engagements focus on strengthening project governance, improving engineering processes and supporting cybersecurity and compliance practices in demanding environments. Trainings programmes covering project governance, PMO structures, risk and stakeholder management, as well as Agile and hybrid project delivery approaches such as Scrum.

Training on Automotive SPICE®, functional safety and cybersecurity practices for road vehicle development.

Training on safety and reliability frameworks used in the railway sector, including RAMS (EN 50126), signalling safety (EN 50129) and software safety standards.

Training on organisational information security practices and frameworks such as IT-Grundschutz and broader cybersecurity governance concepts.
