We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Software Quality Consultant to work directly with our client in Germany. This is a freelance, part-time role with an initial 6-month contract. The role is ideal for professionals interested in combining quality assurance and agile methodology in the development of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement software development quality activities.
- Plan and perform internal quality reviews and assessments and support external customer assessments.
- Conduct and document reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of the process landscape in line with Automotive SPICE.
- Work with suppliers to address quality concerns and improve their quality management procedures.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
- Embedded software development experience.
- Software engineering experience in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical), preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Project management experience in agile projects.
- Qualification as an ASPICE Assessor would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent English and German.
