Kanban board with sticky notes

In many industries, organisations must deliver results quickly while adapting to changing requirements. Agile project management methods have emerged as an effective way to address these challenges. Among these methods, Scrum is one of the most widely adopted frameworks.

Scrum provides a structured approach for managing complex work through short development cycles, frequent feedback, and continuous improvement. It is particularly common in software development but is also used in many other domains that require iterative delivery.

This article introduces the main elements of Scrum, including its principles, roles, events, artefacts, and workflow.

Automotive SPICE® (ASPICE) is a process assessment and improvement model for automotive software and systems engineering. It is maintained within the VDA QMC framework and is based on the ISO/IEC 330xx series for process assessment. ASPICE® defines the outcomes that processes are expected to achieve and the indicators and evidence used to assess whether that work has been performed effectively.

In modern organisations, continuous improvement is essential for maintaining competitiveness and meeting customer expectations. Quality management tools play an important role in this process. They provide structured techniques that help organisations analyse processes, identify problems, and implement improvements.

These tools support data-driven decision-making and enable organisations to monitor performance more effectively. When applied systematically, they help reduce errors, improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term business performance.
