We are searching for an experienced Automotive Quality Engineer to join our consultancy team. If you are a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about quality and customer service, we would love to hear from you. You will work remotely from Romania, with occasional visits to customers.

We are expanding and require an experienced Automotive Quality Engineer to provide direct support to our clients.
Role
The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. The role also entails working closely with our clients to address their quality issues and enhance their quality management practices.
Responsibilities
Create and implement quality management systems in line with company and customer requirements.
Identify non-conformities, conduct audits, and initiate corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to incorporate quality standards into all processes.
Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement in both our and our clients' operations and put action plans into action.
Train and guide staff and clients on quality control measures and best practices.
Work directly with clients to address quality issues and improve their quality management practices.
Ensure compliance with industry and government standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality management or a similar position, preferably in a consulting capacity; expertise in the automotive industry would be an asset.
Good understanding of quality management systems and standards.
Experience in software engineering.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to understand and speak English in a professional context.
Desirable skills
Experience using Polarion or similar ALM tools.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint.
Knowledge and background in standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ASPICE.
